Just thought I'd confirm for anyone interested that the Raspberry Pi 4 11mm embedded heatsink (P165-B) is compatible with the KVM-A3 Kit using four 2.5x9+6 standoffs instead of the 2.5x20 standoffs included in the KVM-A3 Kit. The fan doesn't get in the way and everything fits perfectly.
