X-C1 kit is a raspberry pi 4 case, but scipt using wiringpi gpio. WiringPi was deprecated by its maintainer over a year ago. The 2.52 release doesn't fully work on Pi-4. IIRC there were several important functions that had breakage and the maintainer had already deprecated the project. So the X-C1 script will never work properly on the PI-4.
