I checked and verified the followng: 1. /etc/rc.local the last line is "/etc/x730pwr.sh &" 2. "x730pwr.sh" exists in /etc/ 3. "x730shutdown.sh" exists in /usr/local/bin/ 4. I ran "sudo apt-get install rpi.gpio" ind it installed successfully.

If I hold the button for 4 seconds it will shut down and appear to power off successfully. However pressing the button after that when the power comes back on it does not boot up. I had to hod it down for 8 seconds first to power it off again. Then power on before it would boot up. It does not power off if I use the menu to shut down or type shutdown in the console. It also does not sucessfully reboot. The Raspberry Pi stops but doesnt reboot and I have to power off with the button and then power back on. I'm beginning to think there is a problem with my x735 board.
