There are 4 cases as following:
[[File:4K-Splicer.png]]

| Input Resolution(from PC) | Working Mode(switched by Key) | Output Resolution (to display) | Result on display |
| :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |
| 1920*1080/60Hz | **Copy** (Green) | 1920*1080/60Hz | OK |
| 1920*1080/60Hz | Split | 960*1080/60Hz | It maybe no work |
| 3840*1080/60Hz | Copy | 3840*1080/60Hz | It maybe no work |
| 3840*1080/60Hz | **Split** (Green) | 1920*1080/60Hz | OK |

Don’t care about the key, just try two resoluitons:1920*1080/60Hz or 3840*1080/60Hz, one of them should be OK.
After the spllicer is power on, it must be recognized by the PC, Otherwise, it indicates a compatibility issue with the graphics card, you have to test the splicer with other PC.
