How to connect audio cable

Overview

The Raspberry Pi HDMI to CSI-2 Adapter Board is a high-performance video capture module based on the Toshiba TC358743XBG chip. It allows you to convert standard HDMI audio and video signals into Raspberry Pi-compatible CSI-2 camera signals and I2S digital audio.

This module functions exactly like a standard Raspberry Pi CSI camera, making it a perfect solution for PiKVM, live streaming, industrial imaging, and camera systems with HDMI output. It is fully compatible with the entire Raspberry Pi series.

Features

  • Model: LCKVM HDMI to CSI
  • Broad Compatibility: Compatible with Raspberry Pi 5/4B/3B+/3B/Zero/Zero W/Zero 2W/CM5/CM4/CM3
  • Professional Capture Performance: Powered by the dedicated TC358743XBG chip to ensure stable, low-latency audio and video conversion.
  • 1080P @ 60Hz High-Definition Support: Capture crystal-clear video with support for resolutions up to 1080P at 60Hz.
  • High-Fidelity Audio: Supports I2S digital audio output, enabling high-quality sound capture alongside the video feed.
  • Bus-Powered Simplicity: Designed to draw 3.3V power directly from the Raspberry Pi's CSI camera interface, eliminating the need for external power adapters.
  • Real-Time Status Monitoring: The onboard Power LED provides immediate visual confirmation by lighting up when the module is correctly powered through the Raspberry Pi.

Technical Specifications

  • Core Chip: Toshiba TC358743XBG
