==Overview==
The ''' X15-POE1 ''' is a dedicated Power over Ethernet (PoE) Headadd-At-Board on board (HAT) specifically designed for the '''Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5) ''', requiring use when used with either the '''X1500 ''' or ''' X1501 ''' IO boardsBoards. Compliant with the IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE+) standardstandards, this board HAT can draw receive up to 25.5W 25W of power from a compatible PoE network switch via . It delivers both reliable operating power and network connectivity to the CM5 through a single Cat5e/Cat6 Ethernet cable, simultaneously providing stable operational power and network connectivity for the CM5.
Featuring an advanced dual-output design, the board supplies 5V power to the CM5 while providing an independent 12V output. This output can drive peripherals such as fans, displays, or motors. This eliminates the need for an additional external power supply, simplifying system integration and reducing clutter.
