This so-called "Thermal Tape" of yours was marked with a 9448A identifier. I googled it and it turned out it is an acrylic double-sided adhesive tape by 3M with no thermal-conductive properties mentioned in the official specifications. All in all it is more of an thermal isolator...<br />
