In the video above the Dual Micro USB cable is used to power the system. Now at one point the cable is pulled from the wall plug. Now the system is in battery mode with the USB connector of the RPi and the UPS hat being electrically connected. This means that the 5V in of the UPS hat is electrically connected to the 5V pins of the RPi. This in turn means that the input of the charging circuit is connected to the output of the boost converter.&lt;br /&gt;
