I have purchased two of the X1001s, one for a 4GB Pi5 and one for an 8GB Pi5.<br />
After editing the config.txt file on both Pis, both X1001s work OK on the 4GB Pi5, but none of the X1001s work on the 8GB Pi5.<br />
Tried both powering the addon boards through the extra power connector, both with and without an SSD that otherwise has been tested to work OK.<br />
Tried all combinations of SSD, X1001, pcie cable, extra-power cord; in all combinations the 4GB Pi5 works, the 8GB Pi5 does not work.<br />
Even the blue LED does not light up.<br />
lspci does not show the nvme controller.<br />
Is there some compatibility issue with the 8GB Pi5 module maybe?<br />
Could the 8GB Pi5 model have some issue with the connector - under visual inspection nothing stand out?<br />
Any advice?<br />
