I forgot to turn off RPi on standby mode and it drained my cells down to 2,97V. The Cell is Samsung INR18650-35E which has a 2.65V of cut-off voltage and therefore you rescued my cells! But when I plugged DC-Jack with 5,01V to X728 it draws only 0,15A current. So It's charging very slow or not at all.
