Overview

Copper is an excellent solid thermal conductivity medium, its thermal conductivity is as high as 401 W/mK (PS: solid aluminum thermal conductivity is only 237W/mK)

The main function of the copper pad is to absorb the heat generated by the CPU and the graphics card chip, and then transfer it to the fins through the heat pipe, and finally the fins exchange heat with the space to dissipate heat.
