The only way for get back SSD is to poweroff RPI and start again. I'll try to plug only 1 ssd for see if it came from power supply (27w) or nvme switch error ?)

With or without the RPi mounted, the red charging led stays continuously always on (so it never blinks or goes off) even with the charging cable plugged in - USB or barrel plug.
