Geekworm controlled the fan by PWM, but has a yellow wire. The yellow wire is used for tachometer/RPM control. In my case, i connected the blue fan wire to the yellow geekworm connector and it works.)

I have found out that if i connect all 5 HDDs to the shield, the Raspi would not boot. As long as i disconnect one (i tried first on port 0 and fifth on port 4), raspi boots like charm :))

As i tried not to connect them, to power raspi from separate supply and HDDs from other 12 V supply, the shield did not seem to work at all. I am trying to separate it as if i plug all 5 HDD seagate skyhawk 4 TB to the board, the raspi does not boot, even if the board provide 5V on the headers powering raspi.)
