- 23:24, 5 August 2020 77.8.144.68 talk posted a new comment on X400 V3.0 (Important information missing as well: The power switch simply cut the power to the whole system. there is no proper shutdown of the raspberry, it is like removing the plug. To turn off the raspberry in a clean way when pressing the button, I made a small circuitry with a relay that latches the poser supply and sends a power interrupt to the pi to turn it off when the button is pressed. The relay opens the power to the board once the rpi has shut. There are some out-of-the-box shields on inte...)
- 23:14, 5 August 2020 77.8.144.68 talk posted a new comment on X400 V3.0 (There is an error on the power switch connector. Pin 3 is not GND but the voltage of the power supply. (for example in my case I supply 12Vdc -> the pin is at 12Vdc). That Voltage is also the one supplied on the Speaker and power terminal (it is always supplied, also when the system is off by power switch))

What does the Voltage at 4.21V mean? It's far from the 3.7V nominal from the batteries, and from the 5V required for the Raspberry Pi. And 103% for the capacity? The script expects 100 to print "Battery FULL", so there is a fix in need here. ****************** Voltage: 4.21V Battery: 103% ******************)

- 06:16, 23 July 2020 Abarrow talk contribs posted a new comment on X710 (Great board. One little convenience is that if you have something in the same enclosure that needs to share the input voltage (in my case, it's a 12V USB hub) you can use the other input voltage connector - it's parallel with the power socket, and is NOT switched.)

The Pi boots normally but the screen's backlight just flickers intermittently and nothing displays on the screen. I went through the online setup script and rebooted afterwards, also doing an apt-get update too for good measure.)
